JPS THANE NON RESIDENTIAL REHAB CENTER

We provide services for intellectually disabled persons from 10.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.

JPS THANE ACTIVITY CENTER

JPS Thane provides pre vocational training for intellectually disabled individuals above 18 years who have been deregistered from school. Due to low income of parents such mentally challenged persons can not join private professional activity centers. They prepare items like gift/paper envelopes, greeting cards, key chains, shopping bags, decorative items (rakhis, diyas, lanterns, Gudis, Agarbattis, mobile covers, torans etc.).Block printing of the items is also undertaken.

"Empowering Lives: A Heartfelt Distribution in Parli Wada"

Jagruti Palak Sanstha, in collaboration with various donors from Thane and surrounding areas, has distributed various items such as clothes, books, toys, and utensils to the needy in Wada, Palghar district, specifically in the village of Parli. On April 10, 2026, under the guidance of Mr. Praveen Deshpande, two trucks of goods were loaded and dispatched to be distributed to those in need. Heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed to this effort.

FUTURE PLANS

JPS Thane proposes to construct SPARC - a permanent home for intellectually disabled individuals in order to provide them medical facilities, rehabilitate them to make them Self Dependent (independent of their parents)
